Family and friends! How´s everyone doing? So first off, I´m still here in Castellón. I didn´t get transferred. Nothing changed with Elder Parry and me, so we´ll be here for at least another 6 weeks. I´m glad. I like it here. Well, to start off, last week for preparation day as I said we went to the aquarium in Valencia! It was so fun. I´m going to attach some pictures so you can see them. My battery died half way through, so some of them are from Elder Parry´s camera. Also, we couldn´t have flash on, so a lot of them are a bit blurry. Anyways, the first one is a shark we saw. They have tunnels that you go through that are right in the middle of the aquarium. So sharks and everything would swim right over us. It was cool. The next picture is of our zone that went to the aquarium. The next one is of a sea horse. They had a tank with a bunch of little sea horses, so yeah. The next one is of Elder Parry and I while we were waiting for all the missionaries to come so we could go to the aquarium. The last one is of me in front of one of the tanks, there was a Nemo fish in there too. THere´s a lot more, but you´ll just have to see the rest when I send home a DVD or CD of pictures.
So, things are going great here. We did have a few bad things too though. Both Kenny and Jhonatan lost their baptismal dates because neither one of them came to church. However, we set two new baptismal dates that look a lot more hopeful, and we´re still going to work with Kenny, and Jhonatan went to Madrid for a few weeks, so we´ll talk with him when he comes back. Anyways, we set a baptismal date first off with a guy named Francis. Francis is from Nigeria. He is currently looking for work, and just got told he has to move out, and hearing about the gospel and reading in the Book of Mormon brings him peace and such. He´s looking pretty good. This past Sunday he couldn´t come to church, but he said that this next Sunday he´d walk an hour if he had to to follow us to church. It´s only about five minutes away from his house though, so that´s nice. His date is for the 10th of July right now. Next we have Lissette. So we were teaching Guillermo, right? Well, he said he didn´t want to continue, but we asked him who else we could teach, and Lissette happened to be right there, so we started teaching her. She set her date for the 9th of August because it´s her birthday, but she said if she feels ready sooner, like in July, she´ll get baptized sooner. I hope she does too, because the 9th of August I might not be here anymore. We´ll see what happens though I guess. Lissette is a catholic, but she´s a typical catholic that´s never read the bible, and goes to church not very often. She told us when she heard how we baptize by immersion that she had desires to be baptized like that. So now we´ll be working with her a lot. The only potential problem is that she´s married, and her husband is orthodox, and he hasn´t known that we started teaching her, but she told us after setting the baptismal date that she´s going to ask him and make sure it´s okay with him. So that´s good. I´m excited about working with Francis and Lissette. They both seem really good. Also, Paul, who we had to drop, is showing a lot of good signs. We just figured out he had a dream that answered his prayers basically. So that´s a big step. We´re going to visit him tomorrow and figure out a bit more and see what we do with baptism with him. So that´s good. Oh, so we had that class called "Every Member A Missionary" that we were going to teach, right? Well, 2 people showed up, so we didn´t teach it. It was kind of lame. It´s like, people tell us they want us to teach the members how to do missionary work, but a lot of them don´t care. That´s alright though, we´re going to try again and we´ll get something to work out I guess. So let´s see, what else is new. Oh, we started teaching a family this past week. The parents names are Alex and Mihaela, and the kid´s names are Alex and Adina. There a really cool family, and both of the kids came to church this past Sunday and had a really good time. So we´re seeing some potential with them as well. We´re probably going to have to go through and drop a bunch of investigators again this next week, just because they´re not progressing right now, but that´s alright. When we drop those that aren´t progressing, the Lord blesses us with more new investigators. Last week we got 9 new investigators, which for here is a ton. Then we just got another new investigator named Daniel yesterday who looks like he´ll be pretty good. We´re visiting him again tomorrow. Well, I can´t think of much else new that has happened htis past week. That´s just about it. So I´m going to send this off. Have a great week though and I´ll talk to you all next week. ¡Chao!

Family and Friends! How´s everyone doing? So first off, there´s going to be no pictures this week, because I´m in Valencia right now and the computers don´t have card readers. I´m in Valencia because we´re going to the aquarium here today. So that should be fun. It´s a bit expensive though, but it´s a really famous aquarium, and it´s not like I´ll always be right by it. So next week you can expect a few good pictures from the aquarium. So, this past week has been good. It´s been a bit dificult in some ways, and good in other ways. First off, this past week they told our district that they wanted us to get 20 lessons by Friday this week, which seems really hard. Anyways, we ended with 21! So that was cool. We ended with 27 by the end of the week, but that was including members. They´re having us teach the members the missionary lessons, and while it doesn´t count in the actual numbers, they want us to at least have 20 lessons that we teach so we keep up our teaching abilities. SO yeah. We started teaching the members about The Restoration this past week and it´s actually gone really well. It´s good, because it´s the most basic stuff, but really it´s the most important, and a lot of people need a refresher course on it all too. So yeah, it´s been good. Okay, so this past week we officially dropped Julian and Edith. It was really hard, becuase they´re two of my favorite people, but it had to be done. I don´t think I´ve ever had dropping citas that went so well either. I had read in Alma 5, and what we did is read Alma 5:49 with them, then we talked about how that´s our role as missionaries, preach repentance and baptism basically, then we read verses 45-46 to see what their role is, which is to learn and know of themselves. So we told them we´re reached this point where we couldn´t force them to know of themselves, so we wanted them to dedicate time to learn for themselves. Julian still came to English class and to church, and we´re still really good friends with he and with Edith and her family. And in a couple weeks we´ll probably pass by again to see how things are, but we can´t be visiting them 3 times a week now if they´re not progressing. Okay, so what else is new. WE set / re-set baptismal dates with Jhonatan (26th of June), Kenny (this guy we met on the street who´s from Jamaica, also for the 26th of June), then we have two others, but they´re not looking so good now, so they don´t really count. Neither Jhonatan nor Kenny came to church though. We called both of them and passed by both of them yesterday but couldn´t get in contact with them, so hopefully things go better next week. They both need to come next week and the following to be baptized on the 26th of June. So l´ll keep you posted on that. Guillermo´s doing well. We don´t have a baptismal date with him, but he knows that´s what we´re working towards. He has a problem with smoking, so we need to help him overcome that before he gets baptized. Anyways, I finished my elephant picture from last week. I gave it away to Valeria though (the recent convert that´s an artist that gave me all the material to draw while I¨m in Castellón). I made some copies though that maybe I can send home though. We´ll see. It was fun drawing with charcoal though. Anyways, we have a new investigator named Mamadou. He´s Kobi´s friend. So we´ll see how things go with that. We also contacted this guy named Lucky from Nigeria this past week, set up a cita, and went we went there there were 4 people that became new investigators. They did´nt seem to understand very well, so we´re going to try teaching it again. We have a cita planned with them for today. Also, we´re starting up this class for the members. We´re calling it "Every Member a Missionary," or actually it´s called "Cada Miembro un Misionero." So yeah. It´s a class where we´re going to teach the members (specifically the ward missionaries) how we teach the lessons and what the lessons consist of etc. So we´ll see how that goes. It should be pretty good. We had Armando make us a little poster thing and all that´s hanging on the bulletin board and the bishop announced it last week too. The Bishop liked the idea too, so that´s good that he´s on with it. The Relief Society President also said it´s good because it´s one of the things from the ward mission plan. There´s a slight problem in that wards always make ward mission plans, but a lot of times they don´t follow through with the plan. So we´re trying to at least do our part. I¨ll keep you posted on how the class goes. Also, we have some potential with two kids that are cousins with Francheska (a member that´s been less active, but only because her mom wouldn´t let her come, but now she can come more often). Anyways, yesterday Francheska (15 years old) and her two cousins Bernardo (13 years old) and Francis (11 years old) both came to church. So we´ll have to see if we can´t get them and their mom (Francheska´s aunt) baptized. They´ve actually listened to missionaries in the past and we´re hoping to get in and visit with them this upcoming week. So yeah. Let´s see. I can´t think of much else new that´s happened, so I´d best start on the individual letters. I hope everyone has a great week and I´ll talk to you next week! ¡Chao!

P.S. Next week is transfers, so my Preparation Day will be Tuesday. I´m pretty sure I´ll be staying in Castellón too, but there´s a chance I get transferred... a

Family and Friends! How´s everyone doing? WEll, I guess the big news for the week is CONGRATULATIONS PETEY FOR GETTING THE MISSION CALL!!!!!!!!! That´s sweet. New Hampshire will be great. I´m sure you´ll love it. I´ll write more in your individual paragraph. Anyways, so that´s that. Thigs have been going pretty good here, but this week actually hasn´t been the best week by any means. We´ve had some good things, but bad things too. First off, Julian didn´t get baptized. Long story short, he was gone for several days in a far away pueblo, and we weren´t able to contact him. Anyways, we got back in contact, and he´s not convinced our church is the only one. I do´nt know, we´re probably going to have to drop him temporarily, just because he´s been in the same situation for like 3 weeks, where he´s ready for baptism, we´ve taught him everything, he just won´t get baptized. It´s sad, because he´s a really good guy, but that´s what we´ll probably have to do. He´ll hopefully get baptized in the future though. Okay, I¨m going to attach some pictures. The first one is of the wiseman picture I drew, it´s done now, signed and all. THe second and third pictures are of a picture I started drawing last night. I´ve only worked on it for about half an hour now. It´s an elephant though! I´m doing it with charcoal. I´ve never drawn with charcoal before, but Valeria, the recent convert that´s an artist gave it to me. So yeah. I´m getting some practice with it now. The fourth picture is of me! It´s also so you can see my new haircut, that I cut myself! I´ve learned how to cut my own hair on the mission, to save money, etc. SO yeah, you´ll be able to see what it looks like. I cut it last week, but I took the picture this morning. It´s not bad. Okay, so what else is new. Guillermo called us last Monday and told us he doesn´t want to continue with us anymore. We´ve since then visited with him, and he´s decided he wants to keep listening, he´s just worried that if he gets baptized that he won´t be able to keep all the commandments, and he doesn´t want to let God down. So we´ll see how that goes. Also, I told you about Jhonatan last week. We had three citas set up with him this past week and he´s never been there. WE´ve called him a billion times and he´s never answered. So yeah, we´ll keep trying this week, but he´s not as hopeful now. However, we set two new baptismal dates this past week! ONe with a guy named Reginaldo, but he´s actually going to be going to Valencia, so he´ll probably get baptized there, and the other one´s with someone named Julio that we just met yesterday. And Bruce, here´s something interesting, both Julio and Reginaldo are from Brasil. So maybe I´ll get to baptize a Brasilian here. We have a couple families that are either brasilian or portuguese, so yeah, there´s already a good support for them there. Anyways, let´s see, what else is new here. Oh, the jacket rule came off this past week!!!! SO now we don´t have to wear jackets anymore. That´s nice. This past week we also made no-bake cookies. I haven´t made them since Vilafranca, but they turned out really good. They´re all gone now though. Well, that´s the gist of what´s happened here, and I´m running a little bit shorter on time I think, so I¨m going to go ahead and send this. I hope you all have great weeks with everything though. ¡Chao!-Elder SommerfeldtP.S. If anyone wants to see the pictures, ask mom and dad to send them to you.

Family and Friends! How´s everyone doing back in Utah, and every other part of the world wherever you are reading this? Things are going great for me here in Castellón. This past week has been hard, but it´s been good too, so that´s good. It´s hard because I get a bit more stressed out than before being the senior companion, I just feel like I have to do more, but it´s good. I´m still adjusting. Anyways, it´s also been hard because we lost Jaime and Adriana´s baptismal dates... That´s alright though, I guess. We´ll just have to work and see if we can help them get baptized here soon. They didn´t come to church, and they both have smoking problems, so yeah. We´ll see what we can do though. We are going really good though with Jairo´s baptism for this next Saturday. WE have the interview all set up for Thursday, the baptism will be at 5 on Saturday, we announced it in Church, and Jairo even has told a few people about his baptism, so that´s way good. Let´s see what else is new. Edith, Paul, Geraldine, and that group are all doing well still. We´re going to invite Edith to be baptized with Jairo this Saturday, but I don´t know if she´ll accept. She told us a while ago that she wants it to be something she chooses to do, so I think what we might do is tell her that the guy that does the interviews will be out here on Thursday, and so if she wants to to let us know before then. We´ll see how it goes. We were able to have 26 lessons this past week, so that was pretty good. We did good in everything this past week, except we didn´t get any new investigators this week... Yesterday though we got a ton of addresses and phone numbers of people that this next week will hopefully convert into new investigators to make up for this past week. This week we also had intercambios. It was the first intercambios for Elder Parry. He was a little nervous before, but he said it went well. It went well for Elder Hardcastle and I too here in Castellón. He gave me advice with training, and basically just told me to give Elder Parry more things to do, that will make it easier for me, and it will help Elder Parry learn faster. So I´ve been doing that. Elder Parry now has the map, when we´re passing by people, I have him direct us. It´ll help him get the hang of things faster. He´s doing really well though. Last night we even did splits, so he was with Armando, and had to teach basically by himself. It went well. I was with another member named Eliseo. WE had 2 family home evenings at the same time. So yeah. So yeah, that´s my week. I´m trying to think of what else is new. Oh, pictures. I almost forgot. I´m going to add some pictures. So the first picture is of me in front of some building that I think is famous here. I took it last week. There´s a chance I send some repeats too, just so you know, so sorry if that happens. THe second picture is of me in front of the Barcelona bus a couple weeks ago. Barcelona played VilaReal, a Pueblo close to Castellón, so they stayed in a hotel here in Barcelona, and we happened to walk by the bus, so we took a picture. The third is of Elder Parry and I pointing to Castellón on the map in PResiden´t office from a couple weeks ago. The last one is of a park called Parque Ribalta, it´s the big park here in Castellón. So yeah. I hope you enjoy those. If anyone wants to see them, just ask mom and dad for them. Well, let´s see, what else can I say. Things are going great. I´ll take pictures of the baptism with Jairo this Saturday so you can see that, and hopefully we get Julian or Edith that get´s baptized as well the same day. We´ll just have to wait and see though. Anyways, I´m running out of time now, so I´m going to go. Have a great week.-Elder Sommerfeldt

Family (and friends)!!! How´s everyone doing? So, you may be wondering why I´m writing on Wednesday instead of Monday. One is because Preparation Day was Tuesday this past week, due to transfers, so then why Wednesday and not Tuesday you ask, well, it´s becaues I was up in Barcelona!!!! So now, why was I in Barcelona? Well here´s the big news... I´m training!!! It´s crazy. There were five new missionaries that came in this transfer, and I´m one of the five trainers. I´m the youngest of all the trainers. The next youngest trainer has been out for a year and 2 months, and I´ve only been out 10 months, it´s crazy. So we were on a train and didn´t get back until last night, so that´s why I´m doing internet today. Anyways, so I´m training Elder Parry. He´s from Seattle, Washington. His grandparents live in Lethbridge, Alberta too. There names are Gordon and Loise Bowden. I don´t know if Grandma and Grandpa, or Drew and Marcy know them, but that would be cool. So yeah. Anyways, he´s super excited to do missionary work and all, so I think we´ll get along great. I feel a little inadequate, being so young, I still feel like I just started my mission, but it´ll be good. If I just trust in the Lord and follow the spirit we´ll be able to have a lot of success together. Anyways, so that´s the really big news. I´m trying to send a picture of us yesterday, but I´m having difficulties attaching it right now. We´ll see if I can get it worked out though. Well, it looks like it´s not working, maybe next week I´ll send something. Anyways, last week was pretty good. We were able to have 7 investigators in church. Four of them were new, as in we hadn´t taught them yet, but we have their information and citas set up with them now. They´re two couples that came with members to church, so hopefully it all goes well with that. I´m having a hard time remembering all that happened last week, because of the change with Elder Parry coming, so sorry if I don´t talk about last week much. Oh, Mother´s Day. I was wondering if it would be possible for you guys to call me Saturday morning. You could make the call from dad´s phone at work and do the conference call again. I hope you still have the number from before for spain, it´s 0 then two other numbers, then you´ll have to dial my number, which is 637.460.792. So yeah, that would be nice if you can call me Saturday morning. It´ll be Saturday evening here. I did that because I don´t know what dad´s schedule is like Sunday morning. Okay, so I just talked to Elder Parry and here´s how we´re going to do it. His family is going to call him at 7:30 our time, then if you guys can call at 8:45-9:00 that would be great. So that would be between 12:45 and 1:00 your time, I believe. So yeah. If that´s a problem, I guess you could try and contact someone in the office and then have them contact me. If not, I look forward to talking to you guys on Saturday. Also, I was going to say, sorry for everyone who´s not family who just had to read all of that. Also, Dad, can you do it from your work phone and conference in Michelle, Kevin, Bruce, and John. THanks. And sorry if doing it on Saturday isn´t convenient for the Lawn-O-Matic work schedule... Anyways, I really can´t think of what to say. Oh, here´s something. Elder Hancock, is still in our zone. He just moved to the other district in the other zone to be their district leader. I´ll see him every week in the district meetings, because our two districts meet in the same place. So that´s kind of nice. Well, I really don´t know what else to say. Investigators are doing well. Elder Hancock visited a bunch of them on Monday with Armando, a member, because I had to leave early to go up to Barcelona. I think everyone´s doing well though. We visited with Jairo last night with Elder Parry, it was his first cita, so that was fun. I had him share his favorite scripture and then we just talked about it. It was just a 15 minute visit to see how he was doing. Well, I´m going to write the individuals now, but have a fantasic week. ¡Chao!

Family and Friends! How´s everyone doing there? So this past week has been crazy. There´s no way I´ll be able to tell you about everything that´s happened. First off though, remember how last week we had a good week with 24 lessons, well this past week we had 27 lessons. Elder Morales called again congratulating/thanking us. So yeah, we´ll see how we can keep things going here. We also had the conference with Elder Hinckley. It went really well. I liked it a lot. We were able to see some videos that the mission department is working on, but they haven´t actually shown them yet or even finished editing them yet, so that was fun. It was a good beneficial conference. Also, mom, Hermana Hinckley told me that Chris Maybe wasn´t able to leave because of the volcano, so I still haven´t gotten the package, but you said she was here now, so maybe she´s come now. Who knows. So also this week I was sick. Tuesday night my stomach hurt just a little bit as I was going to bed. Anyways, I woke up in the night and I was just freezing and shaking because I was so cold. Long story short for a couple hours I was rolled up in a ball freezing. I had a bit of a fever the next morning, but it got down to 99. something so I was able to go out and work still. We had a really productive day, but that just made recovering take longer. In the end I lost the fever but for a few days I´ve had really bad pain in my neck and in my head. Yesterday it wasn´t as bad though, and today I feel fine, so hopefully I´m over it now. I think I should be good. The other big news, Julian did not leave. We taught him everything, finishing on Thursday and set up the interview for Friday afternoon. Friday morning while we were getting the baptismal font ready he sent us a text saying he couldn´t do the interview. So we called him up and long story short, he feels like it´s a bit too fast. We´ll see what ends up happening there. If he stays here a while longer he´ll still be baptized here, if not he´ll have to wait until he´s in Brasil. So we´ll see what happens with that. Another big thing this past week, we had 11 investigators in church this past week. Normal is like 3 or 4, so 11 was way good. Now we just need to keep up the work here. I would say right now the people that seem the best are Edith, Paul (her son), and Geraldine (her daughter). They all came to church, the third time for Edith, second time for Paul, and first time for Geraldine. Paul then went to a family home evening with the young single adults, then stayed for choir practice afterwards, then went with us after to another family home evening. He also asked us if even though he´s not a member yet if he can go around with us to visits. He´s 19 and really cool. So hopefully he can get baptized here soon. He´d be a really good member / future missionary. Oh, sorry I´m not sending pictures this week, the computer I´m using doesn´t have a place to put the camera card, so sorry. I was going to send a picture of my picture I´m drawing. And to answer your question mom, yes we can draw. Not whenever we want, but preparation days and in the evenings we can. We get in at 10 at night, plan for half an hour then we have and hour to get ready for bed. Hermana Hinckley even told us to do things during that time to reduce stress, so that we sleep better and can work more effectively. So yeah, I can draw, but not very often. For that it takes a while to finish pictures. Anyways, what else is new. Jairo, another invetigator with a baptismal date for the 8th of May came to church, so that´s way good. Same with Guillermo, another investigator with a meta for the 13th of June. Overall, the mission is awesome. I love it. Tell congratulations to Ben Brockbank. He´ll love being a missionary, it´s the best experience you can have. He´ll be a great missionary in Louisiana (I think that´s where you said he was going). Anyways, I can´t think of anything else in specific to say. We just have a ton of work, and I can´t possible right about everysingle person, so yeah, sorry. I´m going to write the individuals now, but have a great week. -Elder Sommerfeldt

4-19-2010

Family and friends! HOw´s everyone doing? I hope mom, dad, and John are having fun in Baltimore. THat sounds like it would be fun. Well, this past week here has been great. You´ll remember last week I was excited that we reached 21 lessons, well this past week we had 24 lessons, along with 10 member presents, 5 new investigators, 6 investigators in church, and we have 3 investigators with baptismal dates. So that´s cool. I´m excited about that. Last night the ayudante called us telling us we had a great week and that we met the standards of excellence in every category. So that was cool. Well, I´m going to attach a few photos today. First off is of me and Juan in front of his house. He´s from Romania and he lives in a field in an abondoned house that he´s furnished from the trash basically. He´s pretty poor, but always so happy, it´s great. He´s thinking about baptism right now. THe next picture is of me and Elder Hancock in front of a bull statue that they have here in Castellón. The next one is of a picture I´m drawing. I´m not sure if I told you, but a recent convert in our ward is an artist, and she didn´t want me to lose my art ability, so she gave me some pastels, pencils, notebooks, etc. to be able to keep drawing. So I´ve just been drawing some in the evenings and on preparation days. I´m further along with the picture than this photo shows, but you can see a bit of what it´ll be like. I´ll probably finish it this next week or so. I hope you like it. THe next one is of a bunch of people in our zone playing football a couple weeks ago, or rather, right after playing football. And the last picture is of Julian, who we thought was going to Brasil this past week. So about that story of Julian. Julian was going to have to go back to Brasil this past Wednesday. There´s a company that´s sending him out there, it´s because he has to get a divorce or something from his wife there or something like that, kind of a sad situation it sounds like, but he hasn´t told us all the details. Anyways, so he was going to leave, but then this past Saturday we saw him in a store and figured out that his plane wasn´t able to leave because of the volcano that erupted in iceland or something like that. So we ended up visiting with him yesterday and we set a baptismal date for this Saturday. There´s a chance that the company calls him and says he has to leave on Wednesday, or Thursday, or something like that, and if that happens then he´s gone and we´ll pass him information to missionaries over there and he can get baptized over there, but if they don´t have him leave until next week, then he´ll be baptized here this Saturday. So yeah, it´s pretty cool. He´s super ready though. He told us how he came to know the Book of Mormon is true one day, and it´s a super powerful experience. So yeah, he´s good. We also still have Guillermo with a baptismal date in June, then we also put a baptismal date with Jairo. Jairo´s from Colombia. We´ve been teaching him for a couple weeks, and this past week we were finally able to put a date on him. So hopefully we can help him be able to progress and be ready by the 8th of May. We´ll see how all that goes. So let´s see, what else is new this past week. We did intercambios twice this past week. ONe time I went to Valencia and worked there, and the other time one of the elders from Valencia came out here to Castellón and worked with me out here. SO that was good. We started teaching this family this past week. Edith, then her daughter Geraldine, then her son Paul. Paul is 19, so I´ve kind of become his friend a bit. Edith and Paul came to church this past week. It was Paul´s first time, and Edith´s second time. So that´s good. Edith is contemplating baptism now, so we´ll have to see what she says when we visit with them tomorrow. We´ll also see them tonight too because they´re going to go with us to a family home evening. SO that should be fun. Also this past week we visited a young women in our ward who´s in the hospital with tuberculosis. She´s a little desanimada, like depressed a little bit. She´s been there for a week now, and it could be another month or so that she´s there. She´s all alone, and when people visit her they have to wear a mask. She can´t watch TV, she´s in pain, etc. I hope I didn´t catch it when we visited her and gave her a blessing. I had a mask on, so it should be good, but that would be really bad if I caught it. I think I´m good though. So tomorrow we´ll be having a conference with Elder Richard Hinckley. That should be really good. I´m excited about it. I´ll let you know next week how it went, etc. So tonight we´re going to visit Julian, who has the baptismal date for this Saturday, in Valeria´s (a recent convert) house. We´re oging to have a Family HOme Evening and teach Obedience, Study the Scriptures, Pray Frequently, Tithing, Fasting, and Offerings. It should be pretty good. We have a teach a lot at once becuase we only have this week to teach him all of the commandments. It´ll be good htough. Oh, here´s some other good news. So there´s this 15 year old girl named Francheska from the Dominican Republic. She´s the only member in her family. Her mom wasn´t letting her come to church, but we figured out this past week that now she can come. She´s so good too. She asked us this past week if she can go with us to visit people and stuff, so now we´re going to be taking her with us a couple times a week now. We took her with us to visit Edith and Paul and it went really well. So yeah, that´s good. Oh, also, I had to speak in church yesterday. It went pretty well. The assignment they gave me was a talk from the January Liahona 1988 from a talk by Dallin H. Oaks called The LIght and The LIfe of the World. I wanted to talk about missionary work though, so I talked about that talk, then most of the time I talked about how we can reflect that light. I think it went pretty good. Well, that´s basically my week. It´s been a really good week. I need to be going now though, but have a great week and I´ll write again next week.
